Lampara Books is one of the largest children's book publishers in the Philippines. The word "lampara" means lamp in Filipino. Since 2018, the publisher has begun releasing stories for young adults dealing with sensitive topics such as HIV, most notably in the novel "Batang POZ". There was a felt need to evolve the logo from the existing colorful children's book logo to something which can be used in different applications and settings.
